Trail starts at Cape Henlopen State Park.


Travel through Annapolis, Washington D.C. and Harpers Ferry.


Travel through Canaan Valley State Park, Clarksburg and Parkersburg.


Travel through Wayne National Forest, Scioto Trail State Park, Cincinnati and break off to the northern ADT route.


Travel through Whitewater River Gorge Trail, Muncie, Peru and Lake Village.


Travel through Old Plank Road Trail, Joliet, LaSalle and Great River Trail.
